Investing in yourself is a lifestyle and the more you discover yourself and give yourself the love, recognition and time you deserve, the more this will be reflected in you and around you. I'm really proud of you! Congratulations 🥰

Now that we're getting to know each other a little better, I wanted you to know that this channel exists because and for you.

Thinking, doing and deciding everything by yourself can be stressful, overwhelming, and even limiting you from going further. Certain situations may seem too big, too heavy, complex and even 'dangerous'. I do feel you, really! I've been there many times and I've been trough most of it alone I know it's not easy... and hey, even if you're a tough cookie, you know you don't have to carry it all on you, right? Maybe you've already been to these hard places, or you don't make certain decisions because you don't want to be 'there'. And that is...so understandable and relatable. NO ONE wants to be in an uncomfortable place, but I wanted you to know that what makes the difference is exactly the knowledge and tools on which you support your decisions and that yes, it is possible to have the security and confidence in knowing that you DON'T need to control the outcome, you just need to support yourself on strategies, community and in your inner self to manage whatever might come in the process.

Filipa contigo is a 'window to the world', from where I support and cheer you both on your path as an independent real estate investor, and in your project in the area of sustainable cosmetics. I believe that it is a thousand times more important that you learn how to fish than having someone that gives you fish....and that the most intelligent and loving way to learn how to fish is to use the right tools, optimize results and reduce the resources invested, learning to enjoy each moment and yourself, recognizing more and more of your own light. Does this makes sense to you?

I confess that I don't know how to fish.....however, I have been investing and managing residential real estate since 2007 and currently have returns of around 7-11% (I went international in 2022!) :)

And I am so passionate about our world that since 2021 I have been creating strategies for creating sustainable and circular cosmetics (I even completed a master's degree in circular economy and sustainable development in 2023)
