Terms and conditions


The following conditions regulate the relations between Reliable2morrow Unipessoal Lda., Hereinafter 'we' authorised to use the ec0p brand, and its customers, who through this website (www.ecopzerowaste.com) place orders and orders for products / services.

The object of these terms and conditions is to define the modalities and processes for the provision of services and the sale of products between us and the customer, from the order and / or order to the provision of services, also contemplating the payment and delivery of the same. 


Products and services

We provide customers with a series of products and services, which are governed by these terms and conditions.


In the product category, we provide: cosmetic hygiene products, cosmetic dispensers, and other cosmetic accessories; and its maintenance; In the category of services, we offer some products under rental, consultancy services, among others.


Reliable2morrow Unipessoal Lda. Is responsible for making these goods and services available under the conditions presented and described on this website, not being responsible for changes that occur to the goods and are not due to their action (eg carrier action or manipulation by the buyer ).


Services


In the case of the acquisition of services, a parallel service provision contract will be presented to the customer and will be governed by its own clauses, entered into in a communication to be made in parallel. Orders


To place your order, we need the customer to provide:
- the data of the same (quantities, type of product, information of the recipient, deadlines [if and when applicable]);
- the data to carry out the delivery.


When the customer places his order, he accepts all the data presented to him about that product and / or service: including the description, prices, and any other indicative information of relevance (such as fees and taxes, shipping costs or other charges that will be presented to you); it also accepts these terms and conditions, which are the only ones to apply to the contract, the conclusion of which is inherent to the order / order.


Additional transport charges may be due, if they are not possible to calculate before the contract is signed for reasons other than that (example, changing conditions on the part of the carrier), in which case the customer will be contacted in order to find the best solution: through updating the shipping value, canceling the order / service without penalty, or any other solution agreed between the parties.


We ensure the response to orders, within the limit of stocks, and without prejudice to any failure in the supply chain. We commit to take all actions to be able to inform the customer in a timely manner in this case, in order to reduce any loss and / or loss and quickly find a solution. If the order is canceled before shipping, Reliable2morrow Unipessoal Lda undertakes to proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 14 working days from the day of cancellation.


We reserve the right not to process orders and / or orders when there is an inconsistency in the personal data presented or if the customer is found to be misconduct.



Delivery

We have distributors and logistic partners that ensure the delivery of our products and services. When finalizing the order / purchase, the buyer accepts both the costs of the same - which are at his charge - as well as the delivery period indicated by the supplier. The shipping cost is that which is charged for shipping from the place of production and / or storage to the address indicated by the customer. Receipts and invoices will be sent after checkout. The customer will receive an e-mail with shipping information, after the shipment, in order to be able to track it. To request any information or details regarding a pending shipment, the customer must contact the distributor / logistics partner's customer support directly. In the event that the customer (recipient) does not claim the order from the carrier within the time allowed and the order is sent back to the issuer, the costs of this shipment will be borne by the customer. In the event that the shipping costs are free, due to a campaign or other convention, this benefit cannot be applied to the forwarding of orders not received due to inaction on the part of the customer.


We advise customers to place their orders 15 days in advance before running out of stock, to ensure timely delivery.

Exchanges and Returns


Toiletries
In the case of our hygiene items, due to their nature, we do not accept exchanges / returns of items.
If the return request is justified by an administrative or logistical error, the latter may be in a position to collect the item, after contacting the customer, assuming the charges for the return, as well as the shipping costs for the correct product.

In any case, these exceptional returns are only allowed within 14 days of receiving the order. In the event of a stock or product rupture, it is possible that we may have to partially or completely cancel the customer's order, which will be informed of the cancellation and steps will be taken to refund the remaining amount (depending on whether the cancellation is partial or total).

To return any other items, the following process must be followed:

Although you can request a return within 14 days of receipt, we ask that you do so as soon as possible after receiving the item. The seller has a period of 14 days, counting from the day of the manifestation of the will to return, for the refund of the amount paid.


Refunds and losses


If the customer identifies an anomaly in the products and or services received, he must contact us immediately. Within 14 days (from the receipt of the order), so that we can analyze the situation and take the necessary measures. If the anomaly of the item / service is confirmed, measures may include: collection, exchange and / or refund. If the exchange is the option chosen, the customer can choose the same item or a different one, always respecting the amount of the original purchase. Opting for reimbursement, we have 14 days after the client's formal manifestation of his will, as the maximum term to effect the same. If the anomaly of the product is not confirmed, the item may be returned to the customer, against payment of the shipping (cost of shipping to the address of destination).


Missing products


If the customer receives an order with missing product (s), the customer must report what happened, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Except for prior notice or when the size / availability of stock does not allow, all products corresponding to the same order are shipped in the same order.
